Audio editing on Linux.
A comparison of Ardour, Audacity, & SND. I am currently messing with Audacity, after reading that article; while I'd really prefer to be using Ardour, I just want to start recording, and don't have enough experience to go after a full featured program like Ardour. The learning curve isn't something I'm willing to take no- however, eventually, maybe after a few months of getting familiar with Audacity, I'll take the plunge.
Quantum Physics.
I haven't seen anything worth keeping here on video editing in linux; it looks like it is as simple as cinelerra, unless you are working with raw dv- then you should also use kino for grabbing.
